Account Deletion & Data Management — Frak

This page describes how you can request the deletion of your Frak account and the associated data, as well as the types of data that are deleted or retained upon request.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Frak account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Frak application.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. In the "Biometry informations" card, tap the "Wallet: 0xabc...def" string to copy your wallet address.
  4. Send an email to hello@frak-labs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your wallet address in the body of the email.

Our team will process your request and confirm once your account and eligible data have been deleted.

2. Data Deleted Upon Request

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • WebAuthn credentials — the authentication credentials linked to your account.
  • Analytics data — any usage and interaction data associated with your account.

3. Data Retained After Deletion

Due to regulatory requirements, the following data may be retained for a limited period after your account deletion request:

  • Reward history records — retained for 3 years after distribution to comply with applicable regulations.

If your reward records are already older than 3 years at the time of your deletion request, they will be deleted immediately. If they are less than 3 years old, they will be automatically deleted once the 3-year retention period has elapsed.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

Frak does not sell any user data to third parties.

We share only a limited subset of anonymized data with partner websites, and only after you have explicitly opted in. This opt-in occurs when you visit a partner website and choose to participate in the referral rewards program, where a clear disclaimer is presented before any data is shared.

We do not collect or process any other type of personal data beyond what is described on this page.
